Shipping

We supply goods around the world, and our main logistics partners are DHL, Itella SmartPOST, Schenker, HRX and DPD. The maximum delivery time for a product that is in stock in our warehouse is 2 weeks; however, we usually complete orders within 7-10 working days. In the case of returns, we transfer the money paid by the client for the purchase to the same account from which we received payment, within a period of 2 weeks. The cost of transport is not subject to reimbursement.

Please Note: Customers must ensure that there is someone available to take the specilaist deliveries that have been pre-booked via Pallet or Specialist Courier, you must also make sure that the person signing for the goods are capable of assisting with the completion of the delivery should this be required. It is also ESSENTIAL that we are able to contact you during ‘our’ business hours to arrange the delivery and also to ensure the smooth delivery of your order, we will not attempt delivery prior to verbal communication. Deliveries that are made by Pallet are on artic vehicles and any ACCESS issues MUST be confirmed prior to placing an order. Please note pallet deliveries are kerbside only although some companies will aim to get it as close to the door as possible.

The GemLook Company insists that you do not to book any tradesman or engage in any preparation work until full receipt of your goods and that they are in satisfactory condition. If any item is out of stock, an advisor will email or telephone you to advise you of the expected delivery date, so please ensure that you have entered your contact details correctly as failure to do so will hinder our ability to contact you if required.

After completion of your order please check your receipt and ensure that all the details are correct. If you are in any doubt please contact us immediately as changes take time and can be an inconvenience to you.
